Events:
There is no location charge for many of our outdoor locations for short weddings or gatherings for hotel guests. Please inquire, as Management approval is required.

Weddings:
Use of our beautiful Oceanfront Beach Patio at Courtyard Villa is available at no charge for group reservations. See Manager for details.

Receptions:
Beach receptions at the Courtyard Villa Beach Patio are only available to hotel guests who reserve the 6 room minimum.

Buena Vista Hotel's conference room & 2nd floor lounge are available for comfortable indoor functions. The Conference table setup is suitable for 16 individuals. A catered dinner or presentation setup can accommodate up to approximately 40 people. Our conference room features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and is conveniently located adjacent to our large terrace with ocean view. Please inquire about rates and deposits.

Discount:
A 15% discount is applied to reservations of 5 or more rooms. Weekly Discounts are applied to reservations with 7 nights or more. The maximum discount applied to a group/weekly reservation is 20%.

Vendors:
All vendors must be approved by management prior to the event. Referrals for catering and other service vendors are available upon request. Caterers are responsible for cleanup after the event, otherwise a cleanup fee of $100.00 will be applied.

Guests are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits for music, tents, etc. from the Town at least 60 days prior to the event. We will assist you in this process.

Cancellations:
Reservation for 5 or more rooms must be cancelled at least 45 days prior to the
Check-in date to obtain a full-refund of the deposit. Fifty percent of the deposit will be
refunded for cancellations between 30 and 45 days prior to the check-in date. Deposits
are non-refundable thirty days prior to the check-in date for any size reservation.

*There is a $50 reservation fee for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to that date are subject to full forfeiture of the deposit taken. Less than 48 hours NO CANCELLATIONS
full room cost will be charged.

Please note: early departures will be charged the full length of the reservation. Guest will have 3 months to use forfeited deposit on a future reservation.

Maximum Guests:
Permitted for an Event is dependant on the location; however our largest space can
accommodate a maximum of 50 people. A guest list (including individuals who are not
lodging with us) must be submitted to management at least 48 hours prior to the Event.
Events with more than 20 guests must have a management representative on site.
After 5PM, this charge is $25/hour payable in cash to the employee-host.

Parking:
All Vehicles parked in the lots at either property must display a valid parking permit,
otherwise the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense and liability.

Please note: Both properties have limited number of parking spaces. To obtain Parking
Permits (when available), please see the front desk staff for details between
8:30AM and 5:00PM prior to the event.
